Details:
We request that participants sign in at 12:00PM.
Calithumpian Committee members will be on site and dressed in yellow to assist.
Upon sign in you will be directed to your designated starting point/line.
Further details will go out to all participants a week prior to the event.
There will be a prize for the Best Float!
The Committee will complete judging before the parade begins.
We hope everyone has a safe and fun time celebrating Calithumpian with us!

Parade Rules
General:
- All entries must include appropriate decorations
- Music is to be played or performed from floats and must not interfere with other float
- No handouts may be thrown into the crowd from floats or vehicles – unless approved
- Only music is permitted to be played (no other form of noise may come from your float)
- All parade participants must adhere to Parade instructions
- Failure to comply with Parade Regulations may result in a ban from future parades
- All Participants must complete an entry form
- All vehicles/Floats must obey the Highway Traffic Act regulations
Floats And Vehicles:
- All drivers must be in possession of appropriate valid driver’s license and insurance
- Use of horns is forbidden (e.g. air-horn, convention horn)
- Participants must remain on floats during the parade and an adult must properly supervise children
Animal(s) Groups:
- All animals must have a type of illumination to ensure adequate visibility for safety purposes
- All animal entrants must have a clean-up following
